Owner/Director
Nicole currently resides in Kinnelon, New Jersey with her husband and their Golden Retriever, Tucker. During her free time, she enjoys baking, knitting, and spending time outdoors gardening, hiking and skiing.
Nicole, a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey, is board certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She also possesses a Speech Language Specialist Endorsement (SLS) from the Department of Education. Nicole completed her Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology at Mercy College in New York and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, she obtained a Graduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Rowan University and is skilled in using Alternative and Augmentative Communication Devices (AAC). She has received training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods and DIRFloortime®. Nicole has a wealth of experience working with children with diverse needs, as well as adolescents and adults. Apart from her private practice, she has worked in Early Intervention, outpatient rehab and private and public-school settings.

Nicole has worked with Xander since pre-K. She had to pivot to remote speech therapy which was definitely not an easy thing to do. She
never skipped a beat. She continued with services for Xander and made them fun and entertaining. Even when he was being a little
difficult, she was always so patient and got him working quickly. He always ended his session with a smile.
Xander has made amazing progress in speech to the point where his first-grade teacher commented at conferences that she didn't
even notice he had a speech issue. This is all due to Nicole.
She always would remember something Xander told her the week before and would ask him about it. She always shows genuine concern
and interest. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
It finally hit Xander last night and this morning that his speech sessions are over. This morning, he came to me to tell me he was sad.
When I asked him why, he said that speech was over, and he will miss Mrs. Nicole. I told him that I felt the same way. These comments
speak volumes to how great Nicole is.
When you are fortunate enough to be able to have the experience we had, it makes it so much harder to say good-bye, but we are so
happy to have had it.
